چکیده

فناوری های نوظهور اطلاعات با سرعتی شگفت انگیز در حال گسترش است. ویژگی اصلی فناوری های نوین تاثیر آن بر همه فناوری‌ها و کاربرد آن در همه شئونات زندگی است. همه عرصه های زندگی، کار، جامعه، سیاست و حکمرانی با فناوری های نوین اطلاعات ارتباط دارد. توسعه هوش مصنوعی و همگرایی آن با فناوری اطلاعات قدرتی صدچندان به این فناوری داده است. بهره گیری از توانمندی های سایر فناوری ها و رشته ها عرصه را برای یکی از تحولات شگفت آور فراهم کرده است، تحول مجازی. پیش بینی اینکه در سال های دور در آینده چه رخدادهایی رخ خواهد نمود بسیار دشوار است. اما برای آینده ای نسبتا نزدیک می توان روندهایی را ترسیم کرد. این نوشتار با هدف تامل بر پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات در ده سال آینده و ملزومات سیاستگذاری و مدیریتی به نگارش درآمده است. بایدهای ترسیم شده برای سیاستگذاران، آموزش عالی، و مدیران می تواند مبنایی برای اندیشه، پژوهش و اقدام قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Emerging information technologies are expanding at an amazing speed. The main feature of new technologies is their impact on all technologies and their application in all aspects of life. All areas of life, work, society, politics, and governance are related to new information technologies. The development of artificial intelligence and its convergence with information technology has given this technology a hundredfold power. Utilizing the capabilities of other technologies and disciplines has prepared the field for one of the amazing developments, “the virtual transformation”. It is very difficult to predict what events will occur in the distant future. However, trends can be outlined for the relatively near future. This article was written with the aim of reflecting on the progress of information technology in the next ten years and the requirements for policymaking and management. The outlined musts for policymakers, higher education, and administrators can serve as a basis for thought, research, and action.
